EVO Payments prices IPO at $16, the high end of the range

EVO Payments, a global merchant acquirer and full-service payment processor, raised $224 million by offering 14 million shares (5% insider) at $16, the high end of the $14 to $16 range. At pricing, EVO will command a fully diluted market value of $1.2 billion and an enterprise value of $1.9 billion. EVO Payments plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol EVOP. J.P. Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, Deutsche Bank and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey acted as lead managers on the deal.
