TomoTherapy, developer of an advanced radiation therapy system commercially available for the treatment of a wide variety of cancers, filed for an IPO Monday morning. The join book runners on the deal are Merrill Lynch, Piper Jaffray, and Thomas Weisel. Terms and timing are yet to be announced.
