Animal Health International, a leading US distributor of animal health products, priced 11.8 million shares at $11 last night, the midpoint of its proposed $10-$12 range. JP Morgan managed the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ on Wednesday under the ticker AHII.
