Animal Health International, a U.S. distributor of animal health products, filed the terms for its IPO on Tuesday. The company plans to offer 11.8 million shares at a range of $10-$12, giving it a proposed market cap of $270 million. JP Morgan is managing the deal and has yet to announce timing.
