Switch & Data, which provides interconnection services to telecommunication and e-commerce businesses, announced on Monday that it plans to offer 11.7 million shares in its IPO. The proposed range for the offering is $14-$16, which gives the Tampa-based company a proposed market cap of $505 million. Deutsche Bank and Jefferies & Company will manage the deal and have yet to announce timing.
