Synchronoss Technologies, supplier of online transaction management software for wireless/VoIP providers, priced 7.07 million shares at $8 Wednesday night, below the proposed $9 - $11 range. The offering was 7.5% fewer shares than anticipated. Goldman Sachs and Deutsche Bank were the underwriters of the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ this morning under the ticker "SNCR."
