Morton's, an upscale steakhouse chain operating 69 restaurants in the US, Canada, Hong Kong and Singapore, priced its offering of 9 million shares at $17, above its proposed $14-$16 range. The IPO was lead managed by Wachovia, and the stock is expected to commence trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "MRT" on Thursday.
