Basin Water, a designer and builder of systems for the treatment of contaminated groundwater, upped its range to $10-$12 from $8-$10 Wednesday morning. The offering size remains unchanged at 5.0 million shares. Janney Montgomery Scott, A.G. Edwards and Canaccord Adams will underwrite the deal. Timing is set for Thursday night.
