Transaction terminal maker VeriFone prices at $10 per share

VeriFone, a global provider of electronic payment transaction systems and services, prices 15.4 million shares at $10, compared to its originally filed range of $12 to $14. Underwriting the deal is CS First Boston, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers, and Banc of America. Shares will be traded today, Friday, on the NYSE under the symbol "PAY."
