Roku, a leading TV streaming platform in the US with over 5,000 channels, raised $219 million by offering 15.7 million shares at $14, the high end of the range of $12 to $14. Roku plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol ROKU. Morgan Stanley, Citi, Allen & Company and RBC Capital Markets acted as lead managers on the deal.
