Trade execution services provider, Penson Worldwide, sets terms for its IPO

Penson Worldwide, a provider of trade execution, clearing and custody services to brokers, indicated that it is going to offer 8 million shares at a range of $12.50-$14.50 in its initial public offering. Net proceeds of approximately $98.9 million will be used to repay debt and fund working capital needs. Chase H&Q, the lead manager for this deal, has not announced timing yet.
