Susser Holdings, an operator of 320 full-service convenience stores with gas stations in Texas and Oklahoma, and a wholesale distributer of fuel to 352 contracted dealers, priced 6.5 million shares (0.5 million shares more than expected) at $16.50, near the low end of its $16-$18 range. Merrill Lynch lead-managed the IPO, and the stock is expected to commence trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "SUSS" on Thursday.
