Optium Corporation, a supplier of optical subsystems for use in telecommunications and cable TV networks, set terms for its IPO on Wednesday. The company plans to offer 5.2 million shares at a range of $13.50-$15.50, giving the deal a proposed market cap of $374 million. Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Cowen & Company and Jefferies & Company will manage the deal which is expected to price the week of October 23rd.
