Claymont Steel Holdings, a manufacturer of custom discrete steel plate, filed for its IPO on Monday. The Claymont, DE based company specializes in producing steel plates of non-standard dimensions. Jefferies & Co. is set to manage the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced.
