Telefonica Moviles, a spin-off of Spanish telecom giant Telefonica's wireless unit and provider of wireless services to 17.3 million users mostly in Spain and Brazil with 350 million people, priced its offering of 300 million ADS at $9.33, slightly below its range of $9.35-$11.41. The stock is expected to begin trading Wednesday on exchanges in Spain and the NYSE. Banco Bilbao Vizcaya is the lead manager for this deal.
