Warner Chilcott Holdings Company Ltd., a specialty pharmaceutical company developing and selling branded prescription pharmaceutical products in women’s healthcare and dermatology, announced its plans to go public in an SEC filing on Friday. The Bermuda-based company focuses on hormonal contraception and hormone therapy products for women, and also produces psoriasis and acne medications. Warner Chilcott generated over $500 million in sales in the past year. Goldman Sachs, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan, and Morgan Stanley are the lead underwriters on the deal. They have yet to set terms or timing.
