Canadian Solar Inc., a manufacturer of solar module products for residential, commercial and industrial solar power systems, filed for an IPO on Monday. The Canadian-based company, which operates in China, plans to offer 7.7 million shares at a range of $13-$15, giving the deal a proposed market cap of $395 million. Deutsche Bank, Lehman Brothers, CIBC World Markets and Piper Jaffray are set to manage the deal. Timing has yet to be announced.
