Floor & Decor Holdings, a hard surface flooring and accessories retailer with 72 warehouse-format stores, raised $185 million by offering 8.8 million shares at $21, above the range of $16 to $18. Floor & Decor Holdings plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol FND. BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Credit Suisse, UBS Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs, Jefferies, Piper Jaffray and Wells Fargo Securities acted as lead managers on the deal.
