OnDisplay, provider of software for developing and maintaining e-businesses, raised the price target in its offering of 3.5mm shares to $28, up from its revised range of $22-24. Its original filing range was $11-13. The stock is scheduled to begin trading Friday. Robertson Stephens is the lead underwriter.
