In a sign of strong demand, shoe designer Crocs increased the number of shares to be offered in its upcoming IPO from 9 million to 9.9 million and upped the price range from $13-$15 to $19-$20 per share. Joint book-running managers Piper Jaffray and Thomas Weisel are expected to price the shares on Tuesday evening.
