Teekay Offshore Partners L.P., a partnership formed by major global shipping company Teekay Shipping Corporation (NYSE: TK), priced its 7 million unit offering at $21, the high end of its proposed $19-$21 range. Citigroup and Merrill Lynch were underwriters on the deal. The stock is expected to open for trading Thursday morning under the symbol "TOO" on the NYSE.
