UltraPetrol Bahamas, a marine transportation company that transports dry bulk and liquid cargoes, plans to sell 12.5 million shares at a range of $13 to $15. Assuming the stock prices at the midpoint, the company will have an initial market capitalization of $392 million. UBS Investment Bank and Bear Stearns are the lead underwriters on the deal. Timing has yet to be announced.
