Kimbell Royalty Partners LP, which owns oil and gas mineral/royalty interests underlying 4.5 million acres across the US, raised $90 million by offering 5 million shares at $18, below the range of $19 to $21. Kimbell Royalty Partners LP plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol KRP. Raymond James, RBC Capital Markets and Stifel acted as lead managers on the deal.
