CTC Media, an operator of two Russian television networks that offer entertainment programming, priced 24.7 million shares at $14 Wednesday evening, a slight discount to its downwardly revised $13.50 to $15.50 range. The company had originally planned to offer 29.4 million shares at a range of $16 to $18. Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and J.P. Morgan were the underwriters on the deal. Expect the shares to begin trading on the Nasdaq this morning under the symbol "CTCM."
