Kona Grill, which operates seven upscale casual restaurants serving Hawaiian seasoned American dishes, priced its offering of 2.5 million shares at $11, the high end of its proposed $10 to $11 price range, on Monday night. At the IPO price, Kona will have an initial market cap of $62 million. Oppenheimer & Co. and Feltl & Co. were the underwriters on the deal. The stock is expected to begin trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker KONA on Tuesday.
