Crystal River Capital, a real estate investment trust formed by investment advisor Hyperion Capital, announced the terms for its IPO on Thursday. The New York based company plans to offer 9.1 million shares at a range of $26-$29. Insiders are selling 1.4 million shares and the proposed market cap for the deal is $693 million. Deutsche Bank and Wachovia Securities are managing the deal. Timing has yet to be announced.
