CBRE Realty Finance, a commercial real estate specialty finance company managed by a subsidiary of CB Richard Ellis, registered for an initial public offering Friday afternoon. Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank are the underwriters on the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be determined.
