Xerium Technologies, a provider of clothing and roll covers used in the production of paper, amended its IPO terms on Friday. The company reduced the size of its offering -31%, and now plans to offer 28,125,000 IDSs between a pricing range of $15.20-$16.80 per IDS. CIBC World Markets has yet to determine a pricing date for the deal.
