Baby Universe, an online retailer of brand name baby, toddler and maternity products in the US, released its pricing terms for its IPO on Wednesday. The company plans to sell 2 million shares at a proposed price range of $8 to $10. At the midpoint of the range, the company would have an initial market cap of $45 million. GunnAllen Financial and Wedbush Morgan are the underwriters on the deal. The company has filed to be traded on the AMEX under the ticker BUN.
