ACA Capital Holdings changes terms

ACA Capital Holdings, which provides financial guaranty insurance and asset management for credit derivatives, changed the terms for its IPO on Thursday. While the company will still be offering 6.9 million shares, insiders will now offer only 3.9 million shares as opposed to the initially planned 5.3 million shares. Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and Bear Stearns are managing the deal which is expected to price next week.
