In a sign of strong demand, Capella Education Company priced its 4 million share offering at $20, above its proposed $17.50-$19.50 range. Capella Education is an online provider of post-secondary education under the “Capella University” brand, offering PhDs, master’s and bachelor’s degrees across five disciplines. Credit Suisse lead managed the IPO, and the stock is expected to commence trading on the NASDAQ under the ticker symbol "CPLA" on Friday.
