Liquidity Services, a leading online auction marketplace for wholesale, surplus and salvage assets, plans to offer roughly 7.7 million shares at a range of $9-$11 and has a proposed market cap of $273 million, according to an amended statement filed with the SEC on Tuesday. Lead underwriter Friedman Billings has yet to announce a specific pricing date for the deal.
