EXCO Resources, an acquirer and developer of North American oil and natural gas properties, announced Friday morning that it will offer 50.0 million shares at a range of $11 to $13. Assuming the stock prices at the midpoint, the company will have an initial market capitalization $1.2 billion. J.P. Morgan, Bear Stearns and Goldman Sachs are the joint book runners on the deal. Timing has yet to be determined.
