IPO filings are finally picking up. MercFuel, a spin-off of Mercury Air Group's aviation fuel sales and services division, indicated Wednesday that it is planning to offer 1.2 million shares at a range of $9-$11. The Los Angeles, CA based firm has selected VMR Capital Markets to manage this deal.
