NB Capital Acquisition, a blank check company formed and led by Anthony Tutrone, filed and announced terms for its IPO on Thursday.
The New York, NY-based company plans to raise $250 million by offering 25 million shares at a price of $10. At the proposed price, NB Capital Acquisition would command a fully diluted market value of $313 million.
NB Capital Acquisition, which was founded in 2015, plans to list on the Nasdaq under the symbol NBCPU. Citi is the sole bookrunner on the deal.
