Energy Transfer Equity, a natural gas and propane MLP with interests in Energy Transfer Partners (NYSE: ETP), priced 21.0 million shares at $21 Thursday night. The company originally planned to offer 17.5 million shares at a range of $19 to $21. UBS Investment Bank, Wachovia Securities and Credit Suisse were the lead underwriters on the deal. Expect the stock to begin trading on the NYSE this morning under the symbol "ETE."
