American Capital Access, a provider of financial guaranty insurance to issuers of municipal obligations, filed to go public on Friday. The New York City based company was founded in 1997 as a municipal bond insurer and has since expanded its product and service portfolio to include the structuring and managing of collateralized debt obligations and credit derivatives. Lead manager JP Morgan has yet to announce terms and timing for this deal.
