Atlas Pipeline Holdings, a master limited partnership which will own the general partnership interests of Atlas Pipeline Partners, a publicly traded midstream energy limited partnership, announced Wednesday evening that it will offer 3.6 million units. Lehman Brothers will be the sole underwriter on the deal. The price range and timing has yet to be disclosed.
