In a sign of strong demand, Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte (aka OMA) priced its 20.9 million ADS offering at $18, a 16% premium to its proposed $14.50-$16.50 range. OMA operates 13 international airports in nine northern and central states of Mexico under 50-year concessions with the Mexican Government. Citigroup lead managed the IPO, and the stock is expected to commence trading on the NYSE under the ticker symbol "OMA" on Wednesday morning.
