Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, which operates 13 airports across Mexico, filed for an IPO on Wednesday. The company plans to offer 10.7 million ADSs at a range of $14.50-$16.50, giving the deal a proposed market cap of $661 million. Citigroup will manage the deal and has yet to announce timing.
