Natus Medical, a maker of devices to detect medical disorders in fetuses and newborns, priced 5 million shares at $11, the mid-point of its $10 to $12 range. The company sold more than its proposed 4.5 million shares in the face of strong demand. Dain Rauscher Wessels lead managed this $55 million deal. The stock is expected to open for trading Friday.
