Medical device maker Natus Medical amends list of underwriters

Natus Medical, a maker of devices to detect medical disorders in fetuses and newborns, amended its list of underwriters in an SEC filing Wednesday. While Dain Rauscher is still expected to lead manage this $50 million IPO, Prudential Securities was taken off the list and First Union Securities and Adams, Harkness & Hill were added.
