Fortress Transportation and Infrastructure Investors, an LLC formed by Fortress to own aviation, rail and marine transportation assets, raised $340 million by offering 20 million shares at $17, below the range of $19 to $21. The company plans to list on the NYSE under the symbol FTAI. Citi, BofA Merrill Lynch, Barclays, Deutsche Bank and UBS Investment Bank acted as lead managers on the deal.
