Chipotle Mexican Grill, a Mexican-themed restaurant chain offering "fast-casual" dining, announced the terms for its IPO on Friday. According to an amended SEC filing, the company plans to offer roughly 7.9 million shares at a range of $15.50 to $17.50 and has a proposed market cap of $536 million. Chipotle, a unit of McDonald's, will be taken public by a long list of underwriters, led by Morgan Stanley and SG Cowen. Timing for the offering has yet to be determined.
