Maker of digital storage systems Isilon Systems files terms

Isilon Systems, which provides clustered storage systems for digital content, set the terms for its IPO on Friday. The Seattle-based company plans to offer 8.35 million shares at a range of $8.50-$9.50, with a proposed market cap of $600 million. Morgan Stanley and Merrill Lynch will manage the deal and have yet to announce timing.
