ACA Capital Holdings, which provides asset management services and credit protection products to the credit derivatives, structured finance and municipal finance markets, set the terms for its IPO on Monday. The New York-based company plans to offer 12.2 million shares at a range of $15-$17. The deal has a proposed market cap of $604 million and is expected to price the week of November 6th. Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and Bear Stearns are managing the deal.
