Altra Holdings, a manufacturer of mechanical power transmission and motion control products, filed the terms for its IPO on Monday. The Massachusetts-based company plans to offer 10 million shares at a range of $14-$16. The deal has a market cap of $346 million. Merrill Lynch will manage the deal and has yet to announce timing.
