ACA Capital Holdings, a provider of asset management services and credit protection products to the credit derivatives, structured finance and municipal finance markets, registered for an initial public offering Wednesday morning. Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and Bear Stearns are the joint book runners on the deal. Terms and timing have yet to be announced.
