Latin American airline Copa Holdings prices shares at $20

Copa Holdings, a Latin American provider of international airline passenger and cargo services, priced 15.8 million shares at $20, well above both its original 14.0 million share offer size and $15-$17 range. The new price indicates a $910 million initial market capitalization for the company. Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs were the lead book runners on the deal. Expect the stock to begin trading on the NYSE this morning under the symbol "CPA."
