Artes Medical, which has developed an injectable aesthetic treatment for the permanent correction of wrinkles, priced 4.6 million shares at $6, the low end of its revised range. Cowen & Company and Lazard managed the deal. The stock is expected to trade on NASDAQ this morning under the ticker ARTE.
